Travel Long-Term Care Nurse (RN) Honokaa, Hawaii

Schedule/Hours:

• Varied 8-hour shift scheduling:
  • Days: 7:30am 3:30pm
  • Evenings: 3:00pm 11:30pm
  • Nights: 11:00pm 7:30am
• Includes weekends, holidays, and OT rotation as needed
• No guarantee of shift preference or minimum weekly hours

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (or ability to obtain Hawaii licensure before start)
• Minimum of one year experience in Rehab or Long-Term Care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
• Flexibility to arrive Thursday before assignment for pre-employment health appointment
• Excellent communication and adaptability skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessments and patient care in a long-term care facility
• Manage treatments, medication administration, and ADL assistance
• Coordinate with MD/NP, notify of changes or significant findings
• Perform admitting and discharging procedures
• Provide gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, CPAP, and wound vac care, as well as nebulizer treatments
