Competitive salary range of $105K-$115K annually Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits Supportive leadership and collaborative workplace culture Opportunity to lead and mentor nursing staff Meaningful work in a resident-centered healthcare environment Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high standards of resident care Support and supervise LVNs, CNAs, and nursing support staff Promote a positive and professional team environment focused on quality outcomes Resident Care Oversight Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate nursing interventions are implemented Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding care plans and treatment goals Staff Development & Support Assist with staff training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management Mentor nursing staff to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance Care Coordination & Compliance Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations Participate in audits, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives Operational Excellence Help manage staffing workflows and support efficient nursing operations Address clinical concerns proactively while maintaining resident safety and satisfaction Qualifications Current and active California LVN license required Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Current BLS/CPR certification required At Medical Hill Healthcare, we value leadership, compassion, and dedication to exceptional resident care.
