Ref #: M-RN-296570 Contract/Travel Registered Nurse Emergency Room Location: Plentywood, MT Start: ASAP Shift Rate: $2,052 per 36 hours Overview: Provide emergency nursing care in the ER on a contract/travel assignment. Deliver timely assessment, interventions, monitoring, documentation, and patient/family education while collaborating with the care team and participating in safety and quality initiatives. Requirements: Active RN license in the practicing state ER experience or acute care background preferred Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and/or TNCC preferred Key Responsibilities: Triage and assess patients on arrival Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions Monitor patient condition and report changes to physicians and team members Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and patient records Educate patients and families on treatment, discharge instructions, and follow-up Participate in ER quality improvement and safety initiatives
