This role offers $2,308 for a 36-hour assignment and places you in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting where clinical judgment, clear communication, and patient-centered care are essential. What you'll bring: Active RN license in the practicing state. Emergency department experience or acute-care background preferred. Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication. BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and/or TNCC certifications preferred. Key responsibilities: Rapidly triage and assess patients on arrival and prioritize care. Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocol. Continuously monitor patient status and promptly report changes to physicians and the care team. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care. Contribute to ER quality improvement and safety initiatives.
