Previous experience in pain management is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position will be responsible for assisting physicians and support staff with the daily practice operations. Responsibilities: Communicate and work with physicians, medical staff, and patients. Complete patient intake and discharge, including vital signs and medication reconciliation. Assist physicians with surgical room setup and procedure documentation. Document patient pain assessments during consultations and follow-up visits. Manage office workflow effectively. Schedule patient office-visits and procedures. Request medical and medication authorizations from insurance plans as needed. Collect labs and complete accompanying documentation. Sterilize surgical equipment (Autoclave). Assist the Practice Manager with project management/tasks. You Should Be: Reliable and committed to providing excellent patient care. Highly Professional. HIPAA-compliant.
