- Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
- Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
- Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
- Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (South Carolina)
- License acquired 1 year prior to application
- Ability to provide care in a home setting
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
