Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
22 months of Emergency Department experience.
Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).
This role will require floating to multiple locations

ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any).
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials:Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests:RTO must be listed at time of submission.Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.Block scheduling required.
Unit Details:Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.Large retirement population and significant homeless population.Trauma, stroke, chest pain receiving facility, pediatrics, behavioral health, COVID/other infectious diseases, and typical ED complaints.Unit specific procedures and protocols: critical drips, phlebotomy, IVs, EKGs, port access.
Shift & Scheduling:No call.Every other weekend.Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
Floating Requirements:Float as needed to meet unit needs.
