Marion Assisted Living is currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, and dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team. We are looking for a caring CMA who enjoys working with seniors and is passionate about providing exceptional resident care in a warm and supportive environment.

This CMA position is for the overnight shift, working 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, a couple nights a week. Our overnight CMA plays an important role in ensuring residents receive excellent care, comfort, and assistance throughout the night.

Part-Time Overnight Opportunity

Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Responsibilities

Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders

Provide compassionate resident care and assistance with activities of daily living

Monitor residents throughout the overnight shift and report any concerns

Assist residents with mobility, comfort, and nighttime needs

Maintain accurate documentation and medication records

Communicate effectively with nursing staff and team members

Help create a safe, calm, and caring environment for residents at Marion Assisted Living

Support residents with dignity, respect, and professionalism

QualificationsQualifications

Current Kansas Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required

Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude

Ability to work independently during overnight hours

Passion for serving seniors and providing quality care
