Responsibilities include: Leading clinical and non-clinical personnel and daily center operations Managing staffing, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development Overseeing regulatory readiness, infection control, safety, and quality initiatives Supporting policy/procedure development and operational compliance Coordinating surgery schedules and staff assignments Managing purchasing, supplies, medication oversight, and narcotics documentation Driving workflow improvements, operational efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For Active RN license required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Previous Ambulatory Surgery Center experience required Leadership or management exposure welcomed, but prior administrator experience is not required Strong knowledge of regulatory, clinical, and operational standards within surgical services Collaborative leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + bonus opportunity , commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental & vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan PTO Flexible scheduling options If you're ready to bring your ASC expertise into a leadership role where you can make a measurable impact, we'd love to connect.
