Lead Caregiver Location Served: Canton and surrounding areas Pay: $18-$20/hr | Flexible Schedule | On-Call Required | Bi-Weekly Pay | Urgently Hiring We are hiring experienced Lead Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for a dynamic role that combines hands-on caregiving with leadership and office support responsibilities. This position requires flexibility, including on-call availability for days, nights, and weekends. Benefits & Support Paid Time Off Direct Deposit Merit-based pay increases Flexible Scheduling - Includes on-call and varied shifts Ongoing Training & Support - Leadership development and mentorship opportunities Career Growth Opportunities - Pathway to senior leadership and management roles Your Role As a Lead Caregiver, you will balance client care with leadership and support responsibilities by: Providing high-quality, one-on-one care to clients as needed Supporting caregiver scheduling and shift coverage Assisting with onboarding and training of new caregivers Serving as a point of contact for caregivers in the field Answering calls and assisting with day-to-day office coordination Helping maintain quality and consistency across client care Leading by example through professionalism and strong work ethic What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA (lead experience preferred) Must be at least 18 years of age Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in both field and office settings Flexible availability, including on-call, nights, and weekends Compassionate, dependable, and highly professional Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the U.S. Your Experience With Us We are committed to supporting your growth as a leader.
