Comfort Keepers Home Care in Tryon, NC is seeking compassionate, proactive caregivers to join our trusted team for weekend shifts , which may include 12-hour shifts . What You ll Do as a Caregiver: At Comfort Keepers, caregiving is more than a job-it s a calling. You ll provide one-on-one care that helps seniors maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes. Responsibilities include: Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding, and other hands-on personal care needs while promoting independence. Cognitive Support: Provide compassionate care for clients with dementia using proven techniques to ensure safety and emotional comfort. Companionship & Household Support: Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, assist with light housekeeping, and offer meaningful companionship. To be considered, candidates should: Have previous caregiving experience (preferred) Be available to work weekend shifts , including potential 12-hour shifts Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care Demonstrate initiative, empathy, patience, and reliability CNA, HHA, and PCA experience is a plus-but heart and dedication matter most.
