The Director of Nursing oversees the nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and manages administrative and regulatory responsibilities. Requirements: * Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana. * Minimum of three years' clinical experience in geriatric care coupled with a minimum of one year experience as a departmental manager in the skilled nursing setting. * Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. * Must be able to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
