Required Skills

• Current NBCRNA certification
• Valid Michigan state license (fully licensed at the time of start)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proven experience managing adult patients with some pediatric cases
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques including general, regional, and deep sedation/MAC
• Ability to respond swiftly in emergency situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in documenting care in Epic EMR

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience in trauma centers or Level 1 trauma environments
• Experience with ventilation management and neurosurgical cases
• Familiarity with perioperative workflows and regional anesthesia oversight
• Bilingual abilities a plus

Preferred Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia provider experience in hospital settings
• Prior locum or temporary assignment experience preferred

Other Requirements

• Availability to start by July 1, 2026
• Willingness to work day shifts only (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts) with no on-call or weekend duties
• Travel reimbursement (mileage at IRS standard rate); no lodging or flights provided
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90-120 days
