Were seeking reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a per diem opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA . This role is perfect for those looking to pick up extra shifts , offering flexibility to work around your schedule while earning additional income.
Shifts are available in advance and also to cover call-offs, making this a great supplemental opportunity.
Position Highlights Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Setting: Residential Group Homes
Schedule: Per Diem (as needed)
Shifts Available:
- AM: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- PM: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
- NOC: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Supervise and support individuals in a residential setting
- Provide active programming and engagement throughout shifts
- Follow and document individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Report any concerns in accordance with mandated reporter guidelines
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid California drivers license with acceptable driving record
- DSP or related caregiving/behavioral health experience - Required
- CNA certification - Preferred
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to pick up shifts as needed
- Must meet all federal, state, and facility requirements
- Understanding of patient/resident confidentiality and HIPAA standards
- Must be at least 18 years of age
