CNA or MA/ Pahrump Doctor's Office

We are looking for a Full-Time Certified MA or CNA (w/ Phlebotomist Training) at our busy Doctor's Office in Pahrump, NV to be a long-term member of our team.

Hourly Pay
Benefits Included

Daily Tasks but not limited to:

Scheduling Patients
Performing Diabetic Foot and Nail Care
Work closely w/ the Manager; Doctor managing post-op patients
Maintain appointment schedule
Maintain customer relationships in a professional manner
Ability to manage Initial Visits; Treatment Plans

High Level of Organization
Must be exceptionally organized and detail orientated
Assist Manager with day-to-day operations
Help manage inventory effectively
Answer busy multi line phone in a courteous and efficient manner
Verify Insurance and collect co-pays
Screen faxes
Process medical insurance forms
Sterilization
Other duties as assigned

SKILLS:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of medical practice protocols
Multitasking abilities
Ability to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-pace environment
Excellent computer skills preferred

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
2+ years experience in the medical field preferred but not required.
