Labor & Delivery Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

36 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

ASN completion required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:- Level 2 NICU experience with high-flow CPAP and BiPAP experience required.- Strong stabilization NRP skills required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:- Minimum 3 years of NICU experience preferred.- NICU skill level of 4 on a 1-5 scale preferred.

Preferred Credentials:- Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.

Shift & Scheduling:- May be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

Floating Requirements:- Frequently floats to NICU.- May float to Med Surg during low census.

Required Credentials:- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program 8th Edition)

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring) or the alternative certification Advanced AWHONN FHM

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
