Certified Medication Aide

Springs Village Care Center is seeking a compassione and detail-oriented Certified Medicion Aide to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for safely administering medicions to residents in accordance with ste regulions and company policies, while providing exceptional care and support to enhance their quality of life. Certified Medical Assistant only. QMAP not considered for this role.

• Administer prescribed medicions and trements to residents accurely and timely.
• Monitor residents for side effects and report any changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accure medicion records and documention in compliance with regulory standards.
• Assist with resident care activities as needed, promoting a safe and comfortable environment.
• Communice effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and adhere to Springs Village Care Center policies.

• Valid Certified Medicion Aide (CMA) certificion in Colorado.
• BLS/CPR Certified.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong tention to detail and excellent organizional skills.
• Compassione and pient-centered approach to resident care.
• Effective communicion and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

• Competitive hourly wage of $27.00 - $31.00, paid bi-weekly. (Based off of experience)
