Details Home-based hospice setting serving Loudoun County, VA Specialty focus on geriatric and end-of-life care Caseload of approximately 5-7 patients per day Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) No on-call responsibilities Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office; flexibility with territory is expected EMR: Netsmart iPad provided for use in the field Requirements Active VA or compact RN license currently in hand Current BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of recent hospice nursing experience required Additional Information Responsibilities include case management for hospice patients in a home-based setting Timely documentation and communication are essential to this role Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate Scrubs required in any color; jeans are not permitted Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the travel rate Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration American Traveler Job ID #P-704775.
