Qualifications:
We are looking for mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism and are personable. Having a reliable car and valid driver's license is required.

Requirements:
Current Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide Certificate
Current CPR Certification via classroom, not online
Alzheimer's CEU
HIV/AIDS CEU
Assist with Self Administration of Medication CEU
Physician Statement stating you appear to be free from communicable diseases including T.B.
Level II Background screening through AHCA
Photo ID/Social Security Card
Car Insurance
Ability to lift 25 pounds
