Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

12 months of Long Term Care experience.

Experience with PointClickCare is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

If declining flu vaccination- must complete on facility specific form.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend is required

Floating Requirements: Must float to all units (same building)

7 days maximum time off

Proof of identification required for submission
