Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience worked in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required.

Experience with MEDHOST is preferred.

12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Special Requests:- No block schedule requests, 48 hour can be considered but not guaranteed.

Unit Details:- Blended ICU setting.- Adult and geriatric patient population.- Common diagnoses and treatments include STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, sepsis, CABG, valve repair/replacement, acute respiratory failure, A. Fib RVR, ETOH withdrawal, head injury, overdose, stroke, trauma, CRRT, TCAR, and TVAR.- Uses Baxter pumps.

Shift & Scheduling:- Call required.

Floating Requirements:- Float to Intermediate Care Unit (as primary RN) and ED holding for admitted patients holding in the ED, as needed.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Drivers license required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
