Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience.

Travel experience is preferred.

Experience with Cerner is preferred.

BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Baxter County Regional Hospital.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:Must have Step down experience

Required Credentials:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Floating Requirements:Will support ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych and inpatient rehab unitsWill float to Med Surg, Tele, Surg/Ortho, and/or PCU

7 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
