Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

10 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience.

ASN completion required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.

Preferred Credentials:- Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.- Certification appropriate for unit or service preferred.

Shift & Scheduling:- May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

Floating Requirements:- May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program 8th Edition)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
