Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

10 months of Outpatient Clinic experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).

No current placement allowed at Program: WHSN Program - Willapa Harbor Hospital.

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.

Shift & schedule requirements: Monday-Thursday

1 reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
