Labor & Delivery Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license (required after submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Monument Health and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Monument Health.

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend rotation: every other weekend

Will they be on call? If so, what is that schedule? LOC per census and LOC rotation

Holiday Expectations: 3 holidays scheduled, 1 on-call, rotating schedule

Approval of time off? 2 gold tickets/year and request off before next schedule is posted

Floating Requirements: Med/surg as helping hands/in the role of a CNA. Could be floated within scope of practice and below

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program 8th Edition)
