Schedule/Hours:

• Nights, 6:30p6:30a
• 13-week assignment
• Floating to Emergency Room & Medical Surgical departments required

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Hands-on experience in ER & Med Surg settings
• Proficiency with ventilators, titratable drips, mixing medications, and patient hygiene
• TNCC certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU
• Monitor and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
• Safely administer and manage complex medication regimens
• Coordinate care while floating to ER and Med Surg as needed
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Uphold rigorous documentation standards and compliance with facility protocols
