Full-Time NOC RN Supervisor All Saints Sub Acute All Saints Sub Acute is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for full-time NOC shifts. We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a post-acute setting while supporting and guiding nursing staff during overnight operations. Position Details Full-Time NOC Shift Starting Pay: $49/hour Location: San Leandro, California Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during NOC shifts Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with facility policies and procedures Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor documentation and ensure accurate charting Maintain a positive and professional work environment Requirements Current California RN license in good standing Minimum 1 year of experience in post-acute care required Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively Why Join Us?
