Job Details:
Provide anesthesia services for outpatient procedures at surgery center
Coverage needed due to employed CRNA on maternity leave and one CRNA resignation
Schedule availability required from June through October with specific date ranges
Typical shift hours 6:00am - 2:00pm
Must maintain active Nebraska CRNA license
Board certification through NBCRNA required
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Clean malpractice history highly preferred
Credentialing timeframe 60-90 days
Self-Query NPDB report required within 30 days of presentation date
Must be available at time of name clear
Local travel preferred but not required
Preferred lodging at Fairfield Inn Grand Island, Nebraska
