Medical Assistant - Southern Outpient Clinics - Specialty Care

Department: Positions available in primary care and specialty care clinics. Specialty care including Cardiology, Ortho, Urology, Neurology, and more.

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Full-time Days, various shifts available

Pay: $20.26 - $26.34 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• MA certificion or registrion (Medical Assistant I)
• UCHealth will hire into a Medical Assistant title in lieu of a Medical Assistant registrion or certificion if a candide possesses: 3 years of Medical Assistant experience OR is a gradue of an accredited medical assistant program.
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Associion or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start de. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire

MA:

• Direct care includes, but is not limited to ghering vital signs, specimen collection, communicing changes in pient condition and general pient care.
• Assists to keep care area stocked, cleaned and orderly.
• Maintains equipment and medical supplies.
• Performs administrive or clerical duties as assigned including filing, scheduling, da entry and pient registrion.
