As Care Giver/Medicion Technician , youll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creing meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.

Your Role:

As the Care Giver/Medicion Technician , your role includes providing hands-on care, administering medicions, and offering physical and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment.

Wh Youll Do:

• Provide compassione care and supervision for assigned residents, assisting with activities of daily living (bhing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulion, transferring, eing) while promoting dignity, independence, and safety.
• Administer and observe medicions and trements in accordance with the Six Rights of Medicion Pass, documenting accurely and reporting concerns promptly, including refusal of medicions or missed doses
• Monitor and record resident conditions, including changes in behavior, appetite, skin, and participion in activities.
• Engage residents in enrichment programs and life skills activities to support overall well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in resident rooms, community areas, and medicion/trement spaces.
• Respond promptly to resident call bells and community security systems.
• Communice effectively with residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff regarding care needs and changes in condition.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, infection control protocols, and confidentiality policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualificions:

• Certified Nurse's Aide certificion preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be least 18 years of age
• CPR and First Aid certificion preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Strong communicion, organizional, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstre good judgment
