Are you a passione nurse looking for a rewarding role th allows you to make an impact across multiple assisted living communities? Join us as an Assisted Living Nursing Specialist , where youll bring your expertise to support residents, train staff, and eleve the standard of care. This role offers flexibility, growth potential, and the chance to move into a regional nursing position. This position is 100% travel and preference for someone based out of Denver, Colorado, but considerion will be given to someone based out of Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Tucson, Houston, or Setle area.

Wh we offer:

• Flexible Schedule: Work 10 days on, 4 days off perfect for those with wanderlust. Position is as needed and paid as needed so you can work hard and play hard when you are not needed.
• Competitive Pay: Earn $50-60/hour based on experience.
• Growth Potential: This position is the first considered for regional nursing roles.
• Impact Multiple Communities: Travel between assisted living communities to provide leadership, hands-on care, and guidance.
• Training & Development: Be a mentor and educor for staff, ensuring the highest standards of resident care.

Wh You'll Do:

• Lead clinical care and health assessments for residents in multiple communities.
• Collabore with caregivers, physicians, and families to cree personalized care plans.
• Train staff on best practices in infection control, medicion management, and more.
• Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during critical health incidents.
• Develop innovive care stregies to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualificions:

• RN with an active COMPACT license.
• 2+ years of experience in assisted living required.
• Strong clinical, communicion, and organizional skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between communities (drivers license and ability to fly required).
• Compassione, resident-centered approach to care.
