Pay Range: $40.07 - $48.10 per hour based on previous work experience.

Wh You Bring (Requirements)

  • Gradue of an accredited school of professional nursing program; Baccalauree degree preferred.
  • Current license as a RN in the ste(s) of Colorado.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, with a combinion of long-term care dementia care or acute care. Home care experience preferred.
  • CPR certified.

Wh Youll Be Responsible For

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides case management, coordinion, supervision and implemention of professional and supportive services to clients using nursing theory and process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.

  • Reviews client referral informion and responds to requests and inquiries as approprie.
  • Performs client assessments based on agency standards of practice to ensure effective and approprie home care services.
  • Directs, plans and inities approprie action independently and responsively in-home care situions.
  • Performs job duties in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and professional and community standards.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned by Director of Clinical Services.

We are trained in caring for older adults, providing in-home health care services in the Delta, Montrose and Ouray counties and Montrose, CO.

Experience Required
