Care Giver

Location: Roseburg, Oregon
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time

We are seeking dependable and compassionate individuals to support adults living with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) in a residential foster care setting. This is not a nursing home or senior care facility. Our residents are ambulatory adults who benefit from a stable, supportive home environment.

No previous experience is required. We provide training for individuals who demonstrate strong character, reliability, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

What You'll Do

Build positive and respectful relationships with residents
Support residents in maintaining daily routines and personal goals
Administer medications according to established procedures
Prepare meals and assist with household organization
Complete required documentation and daily records
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment
Monitor resident well-being and communicate concerns to supervisors

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid Oregon Driver License
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Ability to complete required state training
