Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).

Local & travel allowed.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:One (1) year experience as a circulating nurse in the OR, or completion of approved didactic pre-operative nursing class.

Preferred Skills/Experience:One (1) year CVOR/Open Heart experience preferred.ICU experience preferred.Scrubbing experience preferred.

Unit Details:Provides cardiac care to surgical and procedural sedation patients.Patient population includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients.Works with a variety of provider specialties caring for same-day discharge and admitted patients.

Shift & Scheduling:Rotating weekends.Holidays as required.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

BLS (Basic Life Support)
