Registered Nurse (Hospice Field RN)
Location: Oklahoma City Metro Area
Salary: $80,000 - $86,000 annually (based on experience)
Productivity Bonus: $40 per point earned (up to 36 points per week)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing Hospice team serving the Oklahoma City metro area. This is a field-based role focused on providing quality end-of-life care and support to patients and their families in home settings.

Qualifications
Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Minimum of 3 years of Hospice experience required
Home Health, or palliative care experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Compassionate, patient-focused, and comfortable working independently in the field
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in home and residential settings
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor patient condition and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and family members regarding care plans, medications, and symptom management
Deliver compassionate end-of-life care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
Collaborate with caregivers, social workers, chaplains, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Participate in on-call rotation and additional duties as assigned
