Responsibilities
Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes including receiving, inspecting, documenting, and tracking returned IT hardware
Verify and separate materials using barcodes, part numbers, and RF scanners for proper routing and disposition
Maintain accurate inventory records within WMS/SAP systems and support cycle counts and reconciliation
Process inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring documentation accuracy and SOP compliance
Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for domestic and international shipments
Maintain packaging materials inventory to support returns and outbound shipping
Resolve RMA tickets, return discrepancies, and customer issues within SLA timelines
Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment (MHE) for staging and inventory movement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, warehouse, and inventory control
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant environment
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience processing RMAs or handling returns required
Experience in reverse logistics, inventory control, shipping & receiving, or warehouse operations
Experience working with WMS, SAP, or ERP systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail in inventory tracking and data entry
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
Reliable transportation to USA Parkway
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Pay
$25.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift
Monday - Friday
6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Full-Time
Overtime may be required on weekdays and Saturdays
