Job Titleed Nurse - Emergency RoomLocationEaston, MDSchedule / Job TypeContract | Nights / Alternating Evenings | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend RequiredKey Responsibilities* Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels* Work alternating evening and night shifts, including every other weekend and holidays as scheduled* Float within the unit as needed to support staffing and patient care demands* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
* Active RN license in Maryland or a valid Compact State license at time of submission* Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience* Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association only)* Current PALS certification (American Heart Association only)* CPI certification required (Calm Every Storm online version is the only accepted online option)* NIHSS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
* First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply* Comfort with floating within scope and without restrictions, as travelers are first to float
