CNA Needed in Jamestown Per Diem

Per Diem CNA / Caregiver Position Private Home (Jamestown, RI)

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced caregiver to provide care for a gentleman with late-stage Parkinsons disease in a private home setting in Jamestown, Rhode Island.
Patient Care Needs
Advanced Parkinsons disease with significant mobility limitations
Requires full transfers (Hoyer lift required; sit-to-stand device used at times)
Assistance with feeding as needed (full feed support at times)
Often requires care from 2 CNAs at a time for safe transfers and support
Uses a swimming pool in summer months (mechanical lift available for entry/exit)
Additional Home Information
Small dog in the home
Private residence setting
Must be comfortable working in a home-based care environment
Schedule & Commitment
Per diem position with high need coverage July 1July 25
Minimum of 32 hours per week during this period
Open availability preferred
One consistent standing shift day per week requested beyond July coverage period

Jamestown, Rhode Island
Bridge access required (tolls may apply depending on travel route)
Pay & Employment Type
$25$27 per hour
Private pay, 1099 contractor position
Ideal Candidate
Experienced CNA or caregiver with strong transfer and lift skills
Comfortable with high-acuity, hands-on personal care
Reliable, flexible, and able to commit to consistent scheduling
Demonstrates compassion, patience, empathy, and professionalism
Able to work effectively as part of a two-person care team when needed
