LPN/LVN Psychiatric

$ 40 - 43 / hr

Amergis is in need of an LVN to provide high quality safe and efficient medication dispensing to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. LPNs provide a high volume of doses of medication to patients under the direction of the Medical Director or Physician in a clinic setting. The LPN is responsible for thorough, accurate reporting and documentation of the patient's symptoms, responses and progress.

Experience with substance use disorder and individuals in recovery and psychiatric settings is a plus but not required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current LPN license in state of assignment
• 1 year experience in a psychiatric care setting preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
