Shift: 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Hospice experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license (required after submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Cheyenne Regional Health System.

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job youre applying to.

Required Skills/Experience:- End-of-life experience required.

Unit Details:- All hospice, no home health.- Patients at the end of life, mostly adults.- No utilization review duties.- Uses Epic.

Shift & Scheduling:- WednesdayFriday.- Weekend requirement.- Holidays as required.- No call or standby requirement.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Drivers license required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
