Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Kingston, PA

Skilled LPNs/LVNs are sought for a rewarding contract opportunity beginning August 26, 2026, and running through June 7, 2027. This position ensures individualized nursing support, helping students thrive throughout the academic year. Two full-time positions are available, each offering 37.5 hours weekly in a well-supported, collaborative school setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered LPN or LVN license (Pennsylvania)
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatric nursing is highly desirable
• Commitment to providing compassionate, attentive 1:1 care
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing student needs
• Must complete all credentialing and background requirements as outlined

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing support to meet specific medical needs as outlined in individual care plans
• Administer medications, monitor health status, and respond to emergencies promptly and appropriately
• Work collaboratively with school personnel, teachers, and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of care provided
• Participate in meetings or assessments relevant to student well-being
