Charge Nurse Shifts Available:

• 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. Weekends
• 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.
• 3 p.m. - 7 a.m.
• 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
• 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.

CNA Shifts Available:

• 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. weekends
• 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.
• 3 p.m. - 7 a.m. weekends
• 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
• 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.

Charge Nurse Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care, including medication administration
• Complete timely and accurate electronic health documentation (EHR)
• Manage admission, transfer, and discharge documentation
• Review and follow treatment plans, medication orders, diets, and care directives

CNA Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist resident with walking, repositioning, sitting, standing, and bathroom functions with or without the use of medical equipment and toileting
• Comply with all requirements set forth in individual resident care plans utilizing the kardex for guidance
• Report any injuries, skin conditions or other changes to residents’ condition or behavior to supervisor immediately

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• RN/LPN/CNA license or eligible to sit for boards in the state of Virginia, required
• BLS, preferred
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift or move objects weighing over 50 pounds
