Join our growing team as a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) - a stregic sales representive who champions our mission while developing strong, lasting relionships with key referral partners in the healthcare community.

As a brand ambassador, you will:

• Educe, inform, and inspire confidence in our services, so th the right pients are referred the right time
• Identify new referral opportunities by calling on hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, clinics, and physician offices
• Engage in meaningful conversions with healthcare professionals about pient needs and how hospice care can support quality of life
• Plan and execute stregic marketing initiives to increase awareness and drive referral growth
• Represent our organizion community events, professional associions, and educional in-services to promote our services
• Serve as a resource and advoce for pients and families, ensuring they understand hospice options and the benefits of early referrals

Compension may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candides locion, experience, educion, skills, licensure, certificions and department equity. Gentiva provides associes with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range 63,770/YR - 79,710/YR

Wh You Bring

Youre a results-driven, self-motived professional who thrives on relionship-building, stregy, and heart-centered service. You have a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and bring consultive marketing experience to the table. You're confident working independently and collaborively with both clinical and operional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communicions or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing
• Strong existing relionships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals
• Prior experience in hospice, palliive care, or home health is a plus
• Excellent communicion, presention, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM plforms
• Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill pients and their families
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets
