QMAP/Caregiver - Large Senior Living Community

Role Overview

Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Current Open Shifts

Shift coverage includes:

• Friday & Surday Day Shifts: 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m. (8 hours)

Responsibilities

• Provide gre resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Answer pient calls and determine how to best help them
• Ensure residents receive approprie diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Administer medicions and assist with trements per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care (if QMAP)

Qualificions

• Can do titude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• A love for seniors
• Colorado QMAP Certified (if applicable)
