Drew Home Care Experienced Caregiver / Home Care Aide

Drew Home Care is a locally owned non-medical home care agency serving seniors throughout Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. We are currently looking to connect with compassionate, dependable caregivers who already have at least 2 years of caregiving experience and are currently registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry.

We are building a small team of reliable caregivers who value professionalism, kindness, and strong communication with clients and families.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years caregiving experience
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
TB clearance
Experience working with seniors and/or dementia clients
Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
Strong communication and professionalism
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be able to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Caregiver duties may include:
Companionship and social support
Assistance with activities of daily living
Meal preparation
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping
Transportation to appointments or errands

Ideal candidates are:
Warm, patient, and compassionate
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working independently in clients homes
Able to communicate clearly with family members and supervisors

Flexible scheduling available.
Part-time and flexible availability preferred at this stage.

Pay range:
$22$30/hour depending on experience, availability, and level of care required.
