LOCATION: Hilo, HI RN's needed CLIENT: BAYADA Home Health - Hawaii SETTING: Home Health START DATE: ASAP GUARANTEE: 40 ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 17+ weeks is ideal REQIRED EXPERIENCE: 6+ mos of HH, HCHB & OASIS experience. Ideally know how to write SMART goals. STAFF: Other PTs and PTAs onsite EMR: HCHB & OASIS CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: Expectation of 40 hours/week is 28-30 points per week.

1 NVA for team conference 2 times per month. SCHEDULE: M-F 5x8's. Weekends are optional - TDB between client and candidate. ADDITIONAL INFO: Great client! We have had many Delta travelers here in the past.
Need to have own car or rental - past TOAs here have used rental companies or have found housing that includes vehicle.
Must be flexible with tasks assigned. LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: Hilo is a town on Hawaii, commonly called the Big Island, in the state of Hawaii. Its known for Wailuku River State Park, featuring Waianuenue, or Rainbow Falls, with its colorful mist effects. The bubbling basalt-lava rock pools known as the Boiling Pots are nearby. To the south is Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, home to rainforests and the active Kilauea and Mauna Loa volcanoes SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: EXP & RTO COVID VACCINE REQUIRED? Require the vaccine or a religious or medical waiver that is completed upon start. TAKE HOME: BILL RATE: $75-85 Rate DOE (no fee). IRS mileage reimbursed.
