Caregiver For Twin 20 Year Old Daughters During Work Week -Occasional Overnight

We have 20-year-old twin daughters. One is on the autism spectrum and is in a job training program during the day. She needs companionship after 3:30 p.m. through dinner time and her nightly routine TWTh - her sister is battling cancer and going through chemotherapy right now, so she also needs companionship in the afternoons and coverage for her medical appointments We are both busy executives and sometimes travel so being able to stay overnight is a plus - We also have a guest suite at our house that you would be able to stay in if there were any overnights necessary all of those would be scheduled fairly well in advance. I work from home. I'm available as a back up for emergencies
