Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Long Term Care experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

Experience with PointClickCare is preferred.

BSN completion required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job youre applying to.

Required Skills/Experience:1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials:Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

Special Requests:Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Shift & Scheduling:Holidays and weekends required.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Drivers license required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
