Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Long Term Care experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

Experience with PointClickCare is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Minnesota license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:- 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials:- Dementia testing required prior to start.

Special Requests:- At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job youre applying to.- Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details:- Dementia/geriatrics patient population.- Must take charge.- 2 nurses on days and 1 overnight nurse.

Shift & Scheduling:- Days and nights available: 6-6:30p, 6pm-6:30a, 6am-2:30p, or 2pm-10:30pm. Mostly 12s but some 8s.- Every other weekend.- Labor Day required, every other holiday after that.- No on-call or call back available.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Drivers license required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
