Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

36 months of Operating Room experience.

3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license (required after submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Required Skills/Experience:Must have CVOR and Vascular OR experience.

Unit Details:Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with hospital policy/procedure, nursing division standards of practice, hospital, community, national standards, and regulatory agency requirements. Completes patient assessment and develops plan of care in collaboration with the surgical team, standards of care, and departmental policies. Assesses and documents the patients physical, mental, and emotional needs. Recognizes potential problems and abnormal findings and communicates them to the appropriate surgical team member. Documents nursing interventions and treatments along with patient response and perioperative data accurately and appropriately. Anticipates needs of the surgical team by correctly assembling needed supplies for each procedure according to surgeon preference card.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 references required from within the last 12 months

Drivers license required
